Please take note of the information below regarding our cancellation policies.
Workshop cancellation policy
A refund will be given (less any transactional fees and costs already incurred) if cancellation is made 15 or more days prior to the course start date. A 50% refund (less any transactional fees and costs already incurred) will be given if cancelled 8 – 14 days before the course start date, and no refund will be given if cancellation is made within 7 days (inclusive) of the course start date. Tickets may be transferred upon request subject to availability and company’s discretion. This cancellation policy pertains to workshops only. For crochet retreats, please see retreat cancellation policy. Oh So Pretty And Clever reserves the right to amend or void this cancellation policy at any time and without notice.
UK Retreat cancellation policy
Please note, deposits are non-refundable in all instances regardless of any cancellation request or policy. Once monies are paid to the venue, they become non-refundable regardless of the policy below. A refund of the balance (where paid in full) will be given (less deposit and any transactional fees and costs already incurred) if cancellation is made 100 days or more prior to the retreat start date. A 50% refund of the balance (where paid in full) (less any transactional fees and costs already incurred) will be given if cancellation is made 75 – 99 days (inclusive) before the retreat start date. If a deposit only has been paid and cancellation is made 75 – 99 days (inclusive) before the retreat start date, 50% of the total cost is due (including deposit paid) and no refund will be given/full payment is due if cancellation is made within 74 days (inclusive) of the retreat start date.
Retreat bookings may be transferred upon request, excluding deposit payments, and are subject to availability and company’s discretion. This cancellation policy pertains to crochet retreats only. Tuscan Retreat cancellation policy
Please note, deposits are non-refundable in all instances regardless of any cancellation request or policy. Once monies are paid to the venue, they become non-refundable regardless of the policy below.
This cancellation policy is in force from the date of initial booking as is confirmed in the Booking Confirmation email signature.
A refund of the balance (where paid in full) will be given (less deposit amount plus any transactional fees and costs already incurred) if cancellation is made 252 days or more prior to the retreat start date. A 50% refund of the balance (where paid in full) (less deposit any transactional fees and costs already incurred) will be given if cancellation is made 251 – 147 days (inclusive) before the retreat start date. No refund will be issued if cancellation is made within 146 days (inclusive) of the retreat start date.
If a deposit only has been paid and cancellation is then made 245 – 147 days (inclusive) before the retreat start date, 50% of the total cost is due (including deposit paid) and full payment (100%) is due if cancellation is made within 146 days (inclusive) of the retreat start date.
