For those who can create rows of crochet and are ready to progress to working in the round. 

Level 2 crochet is the next step along your crochet journey.  Aimed at those who are competent in creating a row of single crochet (US)/double crochet (UK) and are ready to progress to work in the round.  Create granny squares and amigurumi toys by learning to work in a circle. 

Learning outcomes: 

Create a magic ring to start 

Use an alternative to the magic ring, and know which one suits your pattern best 

Work in the round using basic stitches 

Joining the round and the fake stitch 

How to increase 

How to decrease 

Stitch count and using a stitch marker

It is important not to deviate from the above recommendations, as these will help you to see your stitches clearer and learn with the most suitable sized hook and yarn weight.
